What is Owner Financing?

Owner financing means that when we agree to sell you a home, you will pay a one time down payment and then a monthly payment to us, instead of making payments to a bank. We'll agree to a term to help you with your financing, until such time, you refinance the home with your own conventional bank loan. This term is negotiable, but is generally 3-5 years. Our down payments typically range from $10K and up. And, your monthly payment will be slightly higher than a conventional bank loan.
